Our product range:
- Metalworking: shafts for electric motors, threaded shafts, bushings, union nipples and other rotary body components having max diameter 60 mm. We use СNC lathes, multi-spindle lathes, grinding machines, thread cutting and thread rolling machines, induction treatment furnace. The main operations are turning, milling, drilling, grinding, thread milling and thread rolling, notching and induction treatment.
- Injection molding: plastic gears for windscreen wipers and electric windows, spray nozzles, windscreen wipers, electric sockets, etc.
- Nozzle assembly: assembling and adjusting of heated and unheated systems for washing windscreens of cars and trucks.
Currently we have spare capacity and can offer a mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of manufacturing of high precision components with tough requirements for mechanical and thermal loads.
Being a part of a major holding company, we are able to expand our product range by introducing of new machinery, and are open for more complex projects with the participation of our German partners.
