The main quality target for our company is to produce competitive high quality product according to all customer’s requirements.
Since 2004 our management system passes yearly recertification on compliance for ISO 9001:2015 and since 2018 – for IATF 16946:2016 by DQS company.
Our management system applies continuous improvement according to the international standards CQI, VDA, ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 and methods like:
- APQP
- FMEA
- MSA
- SPC
- PPAP
- PDCA, etc.
We also have a laboratory with modern high-precision measurement equipment.
Most of our staff are trained in Germany. We have a qualified auditor for VDA 6.3 (trained by TQM Training & Consulting – eine Marke der WEKA Akademie GmbH, Germany), also our staff trained for VDA 6.5 (trained by VDA QMC Rus, Russia). Our management holds early trainings and development of vocational competence done by Belarusian State Institute for Standardization and Certification (БелДзІСС, Belarus) and VDA QMC Rus (Russia).
Environmental policy has been applied at our company so that we could minimize negative influence on surrounding environment.
We had no incidents that are against the environmental law of the Republic of Belarus.
